Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, appointments will be canceled and charged in full. Extensions orders are non-refundable.


Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your service, please let us know within three days, and we’ll arrange a complimentary follow-up with your stylist.

If you'd prefer a different stylist, this will be at full price. Communication is key, and we appreciate your feedback to help us make things right.


Refund + Returns

All product sales and hair extension orders are final.

While we don't offer refunds, we're committed to working with you to ensure you're pleased with your service. Our three-day policy allows adjustments to ensure your complete satisfaction.
